We want you to love your KATCH ME fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
